Anyone else struggling with running in warmer temperatures? Yesterday I had to stop as just felt awful. Think I get panicky about over heating.

Can run in 0degrees and sleet no bother 😂😂

Any tips greatly appreciated 😊

Haha, thanks I only had little shorts and a vest on (usually wear Capri leggings even in freezing cold) and won’t be baring my midrif anytime soon!

Never take water out usually as haven’t needed to but think I shal invest in a bottle to take out.

Thanks 👍

Half way there then. Part of it will be you acclimatising to it, but otherwise it helps to run when it is cooler ie early morning or twilight. I'm a night runner myself so am getting annoyed at the pesky yellow thing in the sky intruding during my run times hehe

I was lucky enough to be able to run by the sea on Saturday’s warm morning.

The breeze was wonderful!

Find a breeze. 😊
