Tried this at 0900 today. Only managed 25 minutes. Super hot super sweaty legs gave me away in the end. I tried a morning run but normally run between 12 and3 as find I’m better then. Is morning not my time? Does it make that much difference? Was quite disappointed as have completed all other runs in the sequence.

I find i run better when I stick to my normal time aswell ..but today I could just b the heat that stopped u keep going though u will get there

It could just be the heat it’s super hot today! I’m dreading running tomorrow in this heat! Well done 25mins is fantastic with this heat 👌🏼

I am a couch to 5 k in lockdown novice. And it’s been great week 2 soon turns into week 9 and the health and weight benefits worth it
