I eventually made it out the door last night for run 2. It had cooled down nicely and I was looking forward to a good run......
Where did that wind come from?? I have decided that I hate the wind, it just sucks the breath out of me. I had to go back to counting and was huffing and puffing again.
Really disappointed, although I ran the whole 30 minutes it wasn't as far as run 1 and I didn't enjoy it. Sunday's run was I great really enjoyed it didn't realise I wasn't counting at all, the only two differences are morning and night and the wind last night. Think I might try Thursday morning as graduation day........ but not if it's windy!!
Still can't believe I can RUN for 30 minutes with no stopping!!

Well done, your almost there! Why be dissapointed, stop knocking yourself! Don't worry about distance, it will come as you go on, there's no hurry is there? As for wind, well, you'll love it when it gives you a shove in the back!😊
Isn't it amazing?! 30 minutes! That's a marathon from week 1 isn't it! Well done on battling the wind. It does sound as though morning is your 'time'. Good luck with your next run. Only another 30 minutes and you'll be graduating.....yaaaaaaay 🎓🌟🍸☺☺☺
So nearly there. My second week 9 run was an effort but the third was brilliant - well not technically but I loved it 😀 When I go along the sea wall and back I always have some wind and if I'm really lucky it's at my back on the return 😀😀
What a great achievement!! 30! whole! minutes! You did it, how amazing is that! And all the more of one, when you have battled through to get there - very well done.
You just have one more to get to the graduation line - then it is time to party. 🍸✨🍸✨🍸✨🍸
Oh bless you. Have a look at the forecasts for next few days and go when the winds are lighter. I am doing week 9 run 2 tomorrow morning but my last run I want to do park run - 20mph winds forecast - ace!
You find you have good and bad runs.. Hopefully when it's not as windy you will be back on track.
