1st run of the week done. The step up to 3 minutes was something I was a little apprehensive about and it was hard, but I managed it. I can feel it in my legs now, but I know I can do it. Onwards and upwards. Feeling pretty good.

Good going.
Trust in the program. Its got a great proven track record. Sometimes, the body can do far more than the mind believes.
If you find it tough, just slow down a little. It makes so much difference. And if you have energy at the end, you can always finish like Seb Coe
