I feel exhausted. Completed the run/ jog but was running against gale winds and rain for half of it. My time has slowed and breathing was hard.

Do I do the run until I can do it with easy or continue with the programs?

Any advice greatly received.

Well done for getting out there today. It will be harder in the wind and you completed the run so move on.

Well done for braving the wild weather. Just move on and trust the programme. Relax, go slowly and breathe steadily. You are strong 😊

Thank you. I find the whole breathing really hard. I felt like giving up but I did complete it . The encouragement is greatly received.

Once you relax more in your running the breathing will just sort itself out - I was certainly holding myself too rigid when I first started as I 'just wanted to finish' the run. Loosen your shoulders, shake your arms out by your side, but most important make sure you are breathing in and out!!

Well done, getting out in such conditions is testing but you did it, yay!

Move on to the next run 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻

Go very, very slowly!

Do so and you will be ok 🙂
