I only actually did it!!!! A few days later than planned due to various things but I actually ran the 3 minutes both times! I did think Lovely Laura had gone to sleep or forgotten about me during the first lot of 3 minutes as it seemed so long but bless her she spoke to me eventually. The second lot of 3 minutes was somehow easier and therefore shorter (!) and I'm now looking forward to Wednesday morning so as I can do it all again.
I'm truly amazed when I think of the struggle W1R1 was, and now I can run 3 minutes without stopping. Twice. Beaming from ear to ear.

Congratulations! I've just done W3R2 and like you was completely elated after W3R1 at the weekend because 3 minutes seemed like such a long time compared to what had come before!
Great work, well done! I did this run a week ago and felt exactly the same - I kept thinking "where are you, Laura?" and when she eventually spoke I thought "thank God I can stop" before realising she was only telling me I was halfway through!!
Well done I did same run yesterday and really surprised myself running for 3 minutes and we did it twice without laying horizontal for a recovery slob out! I had to repeat week 2 so was a little anxious. Good luck with run 2. Will be watching out x
Well done!!!! Nice to hear as I will be doing my first W3R1 Wednesday
Hi, I'm new here but had to comment on your post as I did W3R1 yesterday and you could have wrote that post for me! It's good to know that I am not alone (as I watch all of the more experienced runners pass me out in the park☺️). Hoping I can do it again tomorrow and it wasn't just a fluke 😊
