Absolutely agree. Iβm on week 4 and Iβm slow. But then a great song comes on and it makes me go faster. Why canβt I run like that the whole way thru? Def mind over matter!
Well done! I knew you would. This programme teaches you and supplies you with lots of things which you are now benefitting from. I latched on to your anxiety. Knew how you felt - I run for my mental health but am benefitting from everything else that comes with it. I've been there and am wearing the tee-shirt π€£

Thanks for your good advice. Iβm just about to go out on week 6 run 3. My stomach is churning a bit thinking about it. I know when Iβm out there I will enjoy it and the feeling after the run is amazing. I just need to think positively.
I did it earlier. It did feel a challenge, but when it got to the last minute, I was on such a high that I ran faster than Iβd run the whole time. Will definitely see this through to the end and beyond. Yes we can do this.πββοΈ
