After some initial hesitation and self-doubt that at I could make my obese body run for 20 minutes without stopping, I put in my earbuds and set off! Wow! Honestly the hardest part was the first 3-4 minutes as I got my pace set, once I got going at a comfortable pace I was steady and completed the 20 minutes without aching legs or chest and with energy to spare! I canβt believe that 5 weeks ago I struggled to run for one minute and now I can do 20. This app has changed my life! Onwards and upwards to week 6. To all those doubting this run, forget the doubts-just do it! Lose yourself in the music and keep going πͺ π

Fantastic well done thats amazing well done. Im with you with the first 5 mins I can be really hard until then to get pace and for your body to adjust.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
