Can't actually believe I that I ran for a full 20 minutes this morning! So chuffed with myself. The first 5 mins seemed to go quickly and the second 5 even quicker. A few minutes in to the third 5 mins and I felt like I was started to struggle. Then my, now disabled brother in law (Gary) popped into my head. He once ran the London marathon in 2hrs 35mins and now I push him in a wheelchair! He would love to be able to run for 20 minutes but he doesn't have that choice anymore... I'm choosing to run! Funny where inspiration comes from. I just kept going and soon the 20 minutes was over and I was on the cool down walk. Never felt better than I do today! This is for you Gary!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.
Yes, dedicate that run and when your graduate to Gary your friend.
