For some reason this was really hard! I really struggled with the last few minutes and it felt harder than the 20 minutes! Next one is the 25 min non stop, do I just go for it?

True! Think I might be coming down with a cold (how?! In isolation?!!) and the drop in temperature is definitely effecting me as is the wind in my face!

This one was difficult, but well done for doing it! Now you’re done with intervals you’ll be amazed how much fitter you are when you do the 25 minute run
