Really struggled with the last 5 minutes and had to walk the last minute. Quite a warm day , but was really cheesed off with myself and dreading run 3.
Week 6 run 2: Really struggled with the last... - Couch to 5K
Week 6 run 2

You don't need to dread run 3, do you want to be a runner? I'm sure you do, so after a short 1 OR 2 day's break, drink plenty of water the day before you run, relax and run run 3 of week 6 and at the end listen to what you have just become. 😊

Maybe slow down a little? Slow & steady builds stamina with these longer run lengths.
Hey I hope it will help when I say I too struggles with run 1 and 2 of week 6 especially after the glory of W5R3. And I also help it will help when I say that W6R3 is the best run yet! X
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get running xx

You ran all but the last minute - that's a win, I'd say! The extra heat this week has come as quite a surprise, think quite a few of us on here have realised we need to re-jig our schedules and run earlier / later and drink more water. Run 3 for me felt easy compared to Runs 1 and 2 - much to my amazement! Hope it's the same for you!

Don't beat yourself up! Think that this time 5 weeks ago you'd have been pleased to run for 1 minute! Now you're running more than walking and can sustain 20 minutes! That's epic!!!
I struggled with this one too. I did it on Wednesday evening and I think the heat (and sun in my eyes, midges in my mouth, etc) affected me. R3 tomorrow and looking forward to it!
