Well that wasnโ€™t pretty. ๐Ÿฅต But knowing that if I push past those first few brutal minutes and keep putting one foot in front of another I can do it! And the second run definitely felt faster! Trying to not over think run three...๐Ÿ™€

Definitely going to give it a good go! First, going to re-do my running playlist though. I normally just put it on shuffle but today it just played one slow and sluggy song after another! Not helpful! Ha!

I have just done week 4 run 2 and this week I changed to podcasts rather than music and find it helps. I was even chuckling when running this morning ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yeah, love a good podcast. Mine are mostly food related though...I end the run starving though ๐Ÿ˜‚

To complete Run 2 is a huge achievement, would you ever have believed you could have done that as recently as W4?

Hi! Really well done!! Such a brill feeling! I did run 3 earlier and thought I would never make it, but slowly but surely made it to the finish line...reckon that was the longest 20 mins of my life, but proud I got through it!! Onwards and upwards to w6๐Ÿ˜ฌ!!

You can do this!!! I am not sure if all the C25k trainers say the same but mine, Jo Wiley, said that run 3 is rather a mental challenge than a physical one, and she was absolutely right. I still don't fully understand how and why this programme works but it's really amazing. I've hardly ever had a sense of achievement comparable to the one after having finished week 5. And since then I just know that I will somehow manage the remaining weeks, too (I finished week 6 and will start week 7 tomorrow). And so will you! Run, Bloomsbury22, run! โ˜บ๏ธ
