Slightly concerned as following first run for this week had dodgy tummy several hours after the πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ! Maybe coincidence who knows?!

Therefore slightly concerned on today’s run, it was ok definitely mind over matter my mind was telling me to stop but I turned the music louder instead.

That last 60 seconds was a reminder of w1r1, anyhow I did it...... and who needs laxatives you just need to run πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

All that jiggling up and down works on the digestive system. The biology of it is too grim to post but, hey, we know the results! Don’t worry about it, that’ll make things worse. Well done for the determination to carry on. Surely that means you’re a runner now! πŸ˜ŠπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I found that my bowel movements became a lot more frequent when I went on my C25K journey... lots of small ones in a day (sorry tmi)... since graduating, things have settled down (you'll be glad to know!)
