I've been lurking on here without posting, getting all your support, tips and useful links to doing C25K (thanks IannodaTruffe for the guides and positivity posts) for 5 weeks now. Week 1 and 60s runs (ok jog very very slowly) was so hard i thought i didn't stand a chance at getting to 30min. OK not there yet but this morning i have completed 20min without stopping! In fact it was nice to get into a steady rythme, listen to a podcast and just keep putting one foot in front of another. Still a way to go i know and back to intervals for a few runs but i am actually looking forward to it.
So if you are just starting trust in the programs witchery pokery it WILL get you there. We can do it!!
