Well done! I start Week 5 on Monday. I must say I canβt quite believe that Iβll be able to run for 20 mins in a weekβs time. Thatβs why I signed up here - hoping for a confidence boost from those that have done it.
Thank you, don't worry, you will be able to do it! I woke up this morning and still didn't think I could do it but I just went for it (albeit slowly) and somehow my legs just kept going! In a way it felt easier than stopping and starting and it was long enough for my mind to wander off and start thinking of other things which helped me get into a natural rhythm with my breathing. I have found it so helpful reading all the posts and realizing most of us feel exactly the same! Good luck, let us know how it goes, but I feel sure you will be absolutely fine π.

It seems to be the run that is dreaded the most, yet the majority enjoy the most.
As our Yoda says "It's just another run"... Which it is..... But I think the majority of us think.... "20 minutes non stop running... You're having a laugh".... Yet through this plan you can actually achieve it.
I know I was buzzing when I did mine!
So VERY well done...
As the others say.... Go slow and steady in week 6...
