Very nice - however on run both Michael Jordan then Jo while disappeared after 1/2 thru walk. Phone is Huawei honor 10 lite - any clues? Should it be difficult?

Are you using Bluetooth? If so you may need to download a different audio package (This fixes my issue back in week 4 when I switched earphones).

I had the same issue when I switched to Bluetooth headphones, even downloading the different audio package made no improvement. Ended up switching trainer to Laura and it’s fine.
