Fantastic well done I’m a little nervous of moving on to week 8 did you find it much of a jump ?

Surprisingly not really, I am very conscious when I set off to trickle in to my run so really slowly then at the 10min mark I find my breathing and stride and I think psychologically it makes me feel like I can definitely do it as I’m not to exhausted so I pick up the pace just a little.
