W9R2 completed this morning although I slowed down in the last 6 mins still managed it but not made it to 5K just under. From no exercise to running 30mins it’s been a journey in this lockdown. So I will finish my W9R3 just before my 55 th birthday . Can’t believe it 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Well done and amazing if you get to 5k! It took me quite a few weeks after c25k gradually building up time before i managed it. Enjoy your final run!!

Thank you that is encouraging as I don’t know it I will get to the 5K but just happy that I have got here I am not going to break any records with time or distance 😂👍🏻

Well done, you'll certainly manage one more. I'm just about to start wk9 and won't hit the 5k in 30 minutes but have stopped worrying about that. At current pace l think it will be just over 4k but the 5k will then become my target AFTER l graduate. Good luck and keep going
