Thank you so much, I do feel like it is too. The times I told myself I couldn't because I have the 'wrong' body shape to be able to run!

I think school sports have a lot to answer for! They left me with a sense that there were sporty people and I wasn’t one of them! Now in my sixties I’m far more active than most of the people I know, including many who were sporty, once long ago!

Oh my gosh I love that! I really genuinely hope I keep up this new found challenging hobby. I do believe it's put me on the right track, sorry about the silly pun, and I can't believe for so long I doubted myself. Just shows. An app, encouragement, some stamina and sense of achievement..
