Thank you to ALL the dedicated Mentors, my fellow HU runners & for this amazing program that turns us into real runners, (sometimes over & over again 🤣) Today was very special … running in memory of Tim & remembering all his wise & wonderful advice…and now …..to keep running, keep smiling!

I started with JuJu’s magic time based plan (see the Bridge to 10k forum for more) and then crossed over to the 10k plan. I ran my first 10k two weeks ago. And I’m now planning on maintaining that until the Brighton 10k in April

I think that’s an excellent idea. I did consolidate as well. And then started following a speed based plan before realising that I didn’t care that much about speed 😆
