W9R1 - was ok, a little slower but I was concerned about not staying to the end so kept it slower, it was warm and I’d had a week off. I was solo again too. My hip was a little tight before I set off but my calves were ok - I gave the bottoms of my Capri leggings a good pull and heard the thread snap so I think that helped - they weren’t acting like a tourniquet!
I updated my running list and added another hour of music (including some led zeppelin! 😂) so when I shuffle the music I get some different songs to run to.
My face was as as pink as my running top at the end - must think of these colour clashes when I shop next!
