Just finished week 6 run 3 and actually enjoyed running in the wind and rain! Found it so much easier than the others in the heat. Sarah Millican just told me I’m officially a runner now so I’ll take that!! Feeling proud! Loving this programme

I did that run this morning too. Fortunately it was dry, but very cold and windy. I don’t think I’ll be a wet weather runner! I’ve only had to run in the rain once so far. Great sense of achievement though. The end is definitely in sight.

Yes, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, congratulations, it is better running in cooler weather than the heat, onwards and upwards to week 7.
