I’ve just finished week 4, legs get tired towards the last few minutes but I keep pushing through and completed all of the runs so think I’m ready for week 5. I started my journey with 8 stone to lose and after 4 weeks of c25k and healthy eating I have lost a stone 😁 for anyone doubting the programme stick with it-it works
