Week 1 run 2 completed.. Does anyone stretch etc before they go for the walk and then the running and I have anxiety etc which the exercise is helping me but I still worry about stuff I'm worried about pulling something or injuring myself etc..

Well done.
If you read the guide to the plan you will find links to stretches appropriate for pre run and post run......they are not the same thing.
