Last Run in Scotland

We have been staying in Hopeman for four days. The weather has been very kind to us and I've managed a couple of lovely runs along and old railway track, don't you just love those. Perfect for a shuffle like me. I even did the 40 minute run with Steve Crams encouragement. It somehow felt so much easier than the previous times I've tried. I think it must be the beautiful scenery and the lovely Scottish fresh air. Off to the borders today, making our way back home by Friday. Happy running everyone

So glad that you enjoyed your 40 minute run with Steve Cram at Hopeman, that's not too far from Lossiemouth, north east Scotland, the Morey Firth area, a lovely area for a holiday, enjoy the borders, lovely area as well for running but with a few more hills, great photo.

I lived in Forres in the mid to late seventies. We were stationed at Kinross. This was a nostalgic visit and to see an old friend I haven't seen since the mid eighties. The scenery was as stunning as ever

It's such a shame. Everyone says how lovely it is but we're shrouded in think most at the moment, so can't see a thing 🤦

What a stunning photo! Great to have been running in such a beautiful place. It certainly helps tired legs to look round and think about how lovely your surroundings are. Keep running 😊
