I did my 1st run yesterday so day 1 round 1 all done.. Rest day today and then we go again tomroow for day 2 round 1.. I felt very weak and tired last night though.. Don't feel like doing that much today

Congratulations on on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, if you feel very tired you can have a extra day off running, drink plenty of water the day before you run and run a little slower than you did today, good luck.
Well done! That is a great start, I made the mistake on run 2 of running too fast on the first 60 seconds which made it last what seemed like a long time so like already mentioned don’t run fast just a nice easy jog. I’m sure I’m brisk walking faster than I run! 😂 enjoy run 2 and let me know how it goes .
