I did my graduation run today!!

I am really enjoying running and even went for an extra run yesterday which was supposed to be a rest day, but I didn't overdo it as it was a day off!

Anyway today I did my graduation run along the sea front. It was quite blowy and made my ears hurt but I enjoyed the experience of running TO somewhere, in a straight line. It is also the place where the local park runs take place and I plan to do some of them.

Hi Beccym, I'm going to run in an event on World Vegan Day, a bit further than I've ever run but I won't mind as long as I run at least 30 minutes.
