Really happy that I managed to complete day 2 this week as I was nervous about the 8 minute intervals! Even though it’s quite a warm morning and I live in an area with lots of hills - I managed it with no problem 🥳🏃🏻♀️
Onto day 3 next and the dreaded 20 minute run 😱 might have to find a flat area a short drive away to make sure I don’t stop!

It is a totally misplaced dread.............running for twenty minutes is a challenge that needs to be overcome if you want to run for thirty minutes, so why dread it?
W5R3 is all in your head- you *can* do this. The programme prepares you for it so your body is ready. Just take it slow and steady, make a good playlist if that’s your thing and before you know it you will have done it! And like your name suggests, you will be buzzing! 🐝
Hi bumblebee26, I completed W5R3 this morning and I was feeling the same as you I was dreading it, didn’t think I was able to do it but I did it I kept focusing on getting the 5 mins done with then the next etc and keeping at a steady pace and controlling my breathing. You will do it, good luck 😀
