Really happy that I managed to complete day 2 this week as I was nervous about the 8 minute intervals! Even though it’s quite a warm morning and I live in an area with lots of hills - I managed it with no problem 🥳🏃🏻♀️
Onto day 3 next and the dreaded 20 minute run 😱 might have to find a flat area a short drive away to make sure I don’t stop!
