It was Week 5 Run 3 today and it went surprisingly well... I managed to complete the route section I have been doing in the 20 minutes as opposed to the longer sections and my pace was quicker, I made it into the next km/h minute bracket! Feeling good today.

Very well doneI did exactly the same! I did that last week! I was really surprised this week its 25 mins run.... i am dreading it still.
Does your dread mean that you don't really want to run for 25 minutes?
Of course you do, or you would not be following a training plan that is designed to get you running for 30 minutes.
You can impede your progress by negative thoughts and language and communicate it to others. Why not just bravely face the challenge.........there is nothing to dread.

Well done! That's ace. I did wk 5 run 3 today too after just following the programme I felt it was too bigger leap for me so did r2 3x before I did today's r3..actually I was going to do another r2 but I pressed the button by accident and thought what the hell..I did it! So chuffed,
