Took me half an hour of dithering to leave the house and two mins later it’s bucketing down with hailstones too. I’ll do it later crossed my mind NO YOU WILL NOT!!! Came back at me. Just strength and flex tomorrow and Week 1 dine and dusted. Feels so much better this time round with the combined activity.

It’s actually okay. Some of the strength parts were a little tricky but actually not as bad as I was expecting. I was thinking I can always do it for two weeks if it’s hard. These NHS guys seem to have this program lark down to pat, give it a go!!
