W1R3 complete - I'm on my way!

Hi,

I started C25K last Saturday and completed W1R3 today. It was hard...but I did it! Planning to keep it up now and it's also motivation to get to the gym 3 times a week (I run on the treadmill). Really enjoying reading all of the inspirational posts. Helps me to keep the faith and realise that I can do this even if I do sound like an elephant on the treadmill lol!

Well done, you've done the hard part, you got off the sofa and did week 1, the only way is up from here. It won't all be easy sailing, but we'll be here as a community to support you ^_^

You won't regret it. This is the most fabulous programme. We all have our ups and downs but every step is a step in the right direction and the feeling of accomplishment as you move through the programme can't be beaten.

Plus we're a pretty good bunch (if a little nuts) and we'll be right behind you all the way. Well done on getting the first week under your belt. 😊

This is an absolutely fabulous program and well done for getting out there & completing week 1 - I bet you feel brilliant. This forum is just superb and yes, I agree with McFitty - we are a bit nuts but sooo lovely & supportive too; we'll be right here when you need us. Keep us posted on your progress.
