Week 1, run 1

Restarting the program after two years due to injuring myself about a week after graduating. Combining with Strength and flex this time so hope to make this time injury free.

The run: Well due to lockdown went to a small area empty (ish, an occasional dog walker) park with my daughter. She cycled round and round me and I plodded along running at about the same speed as a fast walk! The second to last run had me slowing down but when Joe said go for it in the last run I kind of did!

Yay well done! I'm also restarting after graduating about 3 years ago, I'm doing w2r2 tomorrow. I'm letting myself enjoy it more this time around, I think having done it once makes me worry less! I'm still slower than a snail though lol

Enjoy your journey and good luck, hope you stay injury free!
