I’m so happy I’ve just completed week 2 and can not wait to get out on Wednesday and give week 3 a go! I’m a bit nervous as 3 minutes sounds like a very long time!
Does anyone have any advice to get through the 3 minutes if I feel I start to struggle doing them? Thank you 😊
I like to listen to music and just think 3 minutes is only 1 song. So I sing along (in my head - let’s not scare the locals!) I find this helps forget about time. Good luck with it.
