I completed this run without stopping but was glad when it finished. Run 1 wk 8 wasn't as difficult for me.
I did my run at about 6pm shortly after returning from a two hour walk in the forest. I also wore a different pair of trainers (which are heavier than my usual ones). Not sure if either of those or combination were to blame or if it was just my state of mind!?
However still feeling really positive as ran for 28 minutes👏🏃♂️. I hope you are all well. I'm looking forward to run 3, will revert to my lucky trainers 😁🏃♂️👍
