25 mins non-stop jogging! Iβm elated! π Wanted to punch the air when Jo Whiley said the time was up!
I initially wasnβt sure if I should take an extra rest day due coming on my period last night (might be TMI for some but whatever, I think itβs important to mention!) But I decided I felt ok to run (and didnβt want to mess up my exercise routine), so went for it!
And as a bonus, my pace was better than expected, did 4.61k (including warm up and cool down), so think Iβm on my way to the 5k in around 30 mins?! So pleased! ππΌ

Well done. A terrific achievement and sets you up nicely for future runs. You are on your way!!
Good for you, and lovely picture. Sometimes the runs we're geared up for can be disappointing and the runs for which we have no expectations can be exhilarating. It's great when it happens π
Well done! I woke up to find out I had started my period, but you inspired me to lace up my shoes and go for the first run of week 7. It felt harder than Saturday's run, even though it was the exact same time and I ran the same distance, but as they say you never regret going for a run.
