Strange that after 20 minute run last time its back to 5,8,5 intervals and i have to admit the first 5 minute run was really tough legs felt like lead.. Probably didnt help going up a hill 1st off,!!!!! Managed it though and still kept slow and steady all the way.. I do think i need to get back to my routine of saturday, tuesday, thursday as due to the holidays i have lost a week and the days have altered...

Lots of people on this forum, including me, struggled with W6R1 and W6R2. But you did it! And it did get easier 😊

You'll will probably get a lot of the same answer. Wk6 for a lot of people, including me seemed really hard after being able to run for 20 minutes non stop. Just trust the the plan. You can do it . Good luck 😊😚
