Hurrah was out just before 5am this morning - despite rain & wind I ran the 28 minutes
At one point felt very like stopping but the thought of coming & sharing that I managed the run with you lovely people kept me going (& slowing down a bit!)
Happy running x

I have run early morning just once in my short running career. It was hot and I couldn't sleep. Normally though I sleep like a log and nothing would induce me to leave my warm bed to run. But, you do what you have to, and if your work/home commitments mean you run early then you have to just crack on.
Winter will soon be over, as will Couch to 5k, and you can look forward to a spring filled with fresh running opportunities. Won't that be great!
We all still keep in touch on here, checking back on each other's progress - or sometimes lack of - so we'll still be here when you Graduate.
Thanks all. I'm a morning person & very lucky in that only need about 5-6 hours sleep. But I'm sure will be much easier in spring & summer in the light
Lovely that everyone stays on board and shares their experience and new exploits. Its such a fab & positive place (unlike lots of forums!)
