Hi everyone, I’ve just done something stupid. I’ve changed my routine. Normally I run Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings before work. Tonight I decided to run tonight. Well I smashed it. My run including my warm up walk and the cool down walk was 3.14 miles and was 12 minutes 9 seconds a mile. I’m so, so chuffed with myself. Happy running everyone 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
