Covered 3.92K today of various terrain: down the field, up the field, public path crossings, river crossings... it was beautiful... however
I found the second part of the run challenging. Ok, it was up the hill, but it is the first time that my eyes started watering!!! Not to mention my nose...
I managed to complete it but was surprised by my body reaction...
Thanks to Curnie1 for keeping in touch and helping me to get through it! 🙏
Will take this same route for W5R3, but try to tackle it much slower...

Well done you! 👏👏Fantastic! Relax and chill now, enjoy the good weather and have a wee libation to celebrate your achievement 😀😀I’m certainly going to!😊🍹
Thank you, Imc50, but in all honesty, I was surprised I didn’t know the nearby terrains before... it is only since I started C25K that I started venturing a bit further into the fields... now I love visiting there... 😍 Actually, I started suspecting that my runs are just excuses to go there over and over again 😁.
