So today I decided to repeat my last run on week 2 as I struggled to keep doing all the 90 min runs the last two times..., today I feel great, managed all the runs and feel really positive ... I tried really hard to keep a steady pace and it definitely helped ... may repeat once more before week 3 ... what do you all think???

Well done on your run! πOnly you can decide if you feel ready to progress but I think the key is keeping a nice steady pace and dropping it if you start to struggle. Sounds like you are finding that out for yourself - so I say, believe you can do this and go for it!πͺ
