So i completed run 3 today... boy was it hard! I don't think i can handle the warmer weather during the runs! Not due to do w3 r1 till sunday, when it is supposed to be a little cooler, so hopefully that will help! Nonetheless, i completed it! Roll on week 3.

Congratulations mama.

Two down!

I have mixed feelings; I don't like it too warm, but I love it being bright and sunny. Puts an extra spring in the step.

Well done you...just head out early, or later and take it steady and slow :)

Me too...love the sun but it was hard going in the heat.

Have set the alarm for a bit earlier to beat the heat because I cant cope either! Was complaining about sleet a couple of weeks ago!!

My R3 was a real struggle this morning. Just tired maybe? Next week should be interesting.

All of the runs have challenged me but some, much more than others. There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to which ones are good/bad for me. I have found some of the longer ones easier than some of the shorter ones (which you would presume it would be the other way round).

I think its all down to how you feel on the day and all the small variables (weather, health, hydration, sleep, mood, food etc) and I just file the 'bad' runs as 'not-fun-but-nonetheless-completed' section if my mind and move forward with the next, knowing it will feel better.

I'm not in wk 7 and still loving the feeling of moving through the program, so keep going and keep persevering. You'll see big differences over the coming weeks xx

Well done on getting to week 7 I’ve just done w2r3, found it very hard to keep going, think I’m going to have to repeat the week to try and develop my fitness level, my knees are killing me!

Each run has felt like a struggle to me but (as long as i manage to finish the run) i keep plodding on to the next run. Your fitness levels will build throughout. If you completed all of the runs, take a leap of faith and go ahead with the next one. You can do it! Do be careful of your knees though, you don't want to injure yourself. Trust your instincts if you feel you need more time xx
