After signing up to the plan to help my mental health during lockdown I cannot express the euphoria I feel when I've completed each run.
I've never ran before, being a complete beginner I was slightly worried I would never be able to run for 3 minutes. However I did it and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought.
I watched some videos on YouTube on mental distraction and it really helps.
