I have completed my 1st run after joining my local running group's C25k program and as I have never ran before I am so proud that I managed to complete all the 60 second sets, although very slowly! About to go out for run 2 and looking forward to the day I can run continuously.

Great for getting started. I hope you enjoy running as much as I do and I was never a runner before I started c25k. Just go slow and drink loads of water 7days a week not just on run days. Good luck 😊😊

Welcome aboard and you’ll be surprised how quickly running continuously becomes a reality if you stick with the programme. It’s all about incremental and accumulative gains.

W1:R2 was so much better that run 1, completed all the one minute sets so I can totally see how it must get easier as the weeks go on. I’m actually excited about this program!
