Well I did it.....W6R1 completed first thing this morning and my oh my I found it tough today. I struggled with the stop start, rather than continued run (which I've only completed once so far!) which I never thought I would say...... Only one more run with stop start on Wednesday....BRING IT ON!?

Good luck to everyone completing their runs today!

Cool! Well done Annie, I did exactly the same one this morning and with the same stop start issues!

Well Done you!! I did W5R3 this morning and I think the fact it was continuous running actually helped (never ever thought I would say that!). Have got the 1st run of week 6 on Wed.

Hi Sarah, well done! I did W5R3 this morning too and feeling very proud of myself. It has been on my mind since Saturday when I did W5R2 and I found the challenge was in my head! When I started this morning I thought 'everything is aching, I'm not ready for this' However I ploughed on and found the achey bits stopped and I DID IT!! Looking forward (with some trepidation) to W6; I know others have said it's quite a challenge!
