As promised here is my update as I asked for advice on this run and here I am to say I've completed it! I literally can't believe it and I'm not even nackered!! Definitely not the fastest but I'm not far off my 5k I guess and this far in 5 weeks is incredible! Thanks so much everyone for advice
I've done it!! Week 5 run 3 complete! - Couch to 5K
I've done it!! Week 5 run 3 complete!

Told you so!!! Congratulations.

Really well done. Although it's not about distance.. you can really see how 5k can be completed if you ran for just another 9mins at that pace. Stick with the plan for now...but the future looks good!

Well done It's a great feeling isnt it
and it just keeps getting better

It's a fantastic feeling and thanks again this is such a helpfull place! I'd been wanting a fitbit bank for agessss and bought it for myself yesterday as a great in anticipation for completing this run so I'm happy happy and can't wait for next week!

Well done you.
Looking at that run from before week 5 frightens most. What most dont realise is that every run prior to that prepares you for it.
Good luck with week 6. It looks easier but does surprise.
Steady and slow.

Well done! May I ask what app that is in your pic? Many thanks, Steve
