This is my first time trying a running program. I always hated running because it felt like a task that I was incapable of doing. I just finished the first day of week 2 yesterday and I have felt so empowered. This program makes running feel doable! I'm so excited to work up to that 30 minute run!

C25K has worked for so many, it's the real deal stick to the plan don't deviate and you'll be fine, and definitely empowered 👍
