Week 1 Run 2

Hi everyone . Have been a member of this group for quite a while but never posted! You guys are so encouraging on this forum and hopefully i can be too one day. So today is my first post. Woohoo!

Just finished my second run of the week. Found it easier than the first one. Realised i need to slow down and not try to zoom off in the running sections.

I have completed this program before and reached the 5k mark a few times previously ( its a brilliant program that really works) , but have had a few set backs recently like a sprained ankle and trapped nerve in my shoulder.

So here's to starting again and running those happy miles again.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
