The first run of week 3 felt like quite a step up!
I'm trusting in the program though, so I know it'll be fine by run 3.... and, even though it was hard, running for 3 minutes felt great!

Yes, it does feel long on the first run of the week. But by the 3rd you’ll be killing it 😁
Totally trust the plan, it really works. Take it slow if it’s a struggle, speed can be worked on as you get stronger. Enjoy the run
Congratulations 🥳
I always found the first run of each week tricky and by the 3rd I’d be like oh ok I’ve got this. just go slow and try and keep enjoying your new skill.
Excellent attitude. 👏🏼 You will win through. 👍🎉
You may have found it tough but you did it. That feeling of completing a run is brilliant. Well done you 😊
Your attitude is spot on. Trust the program and all will be well 🙂. Well done on cracking that run - two more shots at it and you'll be ready to step it up again. Enjoy 🙂
I'm a week ahead of you and I so struggled week three run one, I was dreading run two but I found it so much better and run three was easy, your mind set is good in as much as you trust the plan. Well done! 😁
Fabulous job...that's kind of how this running lark works, it is hard but as you gain confidence your time and distances increase and you know you can do it so you do!
Then you feel so good about yourself that you do it all over again a couple of days later 😉😆
Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♂️👍
I’m on the same week. Yes it does feel a big step up. Found first run of that week quite hard but surprised myself with how much easier it felt with the last run. Just dig in there and keep going .... it feels so good at the end. Found Laura’s advice about keeping your head level with a hedge and imagining there is someone parallel with you on the other side and not being able to see your head bobbing up and down above the hedge quite useful .... made me think about my running style. Good luck!
Thanks for all the help and advice, much appreciated. Looking forwards to run 2, and to getting some style, that hedge/head bobbing advice is good!
