It has been a busy week but I set myself a goal of 10k steps each day so I’ve gone through week 3 much quicker than I anticipated. So week 4 this morning.
Ollie and I usually run up and down the hilly roads beside the house which is lovely but I felt like a change and wanted to see what flat running would be like - it’s awful hahahahahaha. I didn’t realise how lovely the undulations on my usual run are. It will definitely be back to hills next run hahahahahaha
Week 4 is tough!!!! I forgot the horror of 5mins running lol. But we managed it and I’m ready for the rest of this week.
Good luck everyone 😁😁😁😁

Lucky you...all of my long Lockdown routes end up with an uphill home 😬...I would have to do a serious amount of uphill to be able to go home downhill ⛰⛰⛰😂😂😂
My relatively level routes are the Park Run course around the local Boating Lake...and the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal. Can’t wait to do some long distance runs along there...
Way to hang in there! I just "completed" my 3rd run in week 4 and it was horrible- I started getting shin splints and stopped to stretch it out more than I liked. I think I'm going to go through week 4 again so that I can run through them before getting to longer runs. You're tough for running on terrain! Keep up the awesomeness!
