So I did my second run of week 2 today and took a slightly different route and I only missed by around 20seconds on one run. I am also on day 5 of a 28 day drinking challenge which I don't think I could have done without all the endorphins running is giving me 😁 If I can get this far anyone can. Keep running friends ✌️👍
